60u white gloss PP/Acrylic Water Base-Standard/30U Clear PET
This 60u white gloss PP label material features a 60-micron white glossy polypropylene face stock that provides a sleek. The acrylic water-based adhesive provides strong adhesion to a wide range of surfaces, offering an initial peel strength of 14N/25mm (FTM 9 st.st). This ensures that the labels will securely stay in place even in challenging environments. The adhesive also provides good peel performance after 20 minutes on steel surfaces at 180° (9N/25mm) and 90° (7N/25mm), maintaining a strong bond in both orientations.

Product Application
This label has good transparency and a certain degree of softness, and is often used as drink permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, mineral water daily chemical and cosmetic labels. Suitable for high speed labeling.
Converting
Its surface has a special coating, which is suitable for a variety of printing methods. Care should be taken during processing to avoid material deformation caused by overheating. During die-cutting, it should be avoided that the label overflows due to excessive winding tension.
